There is no one-size-fits-all approach to the provision of psychological services. Each provider and client brings their unique experiences, values, knowledge, and perspectives into sessions. Dr. Gustman emphasizes starting with services and supports that have some of the greatest evidence of effectiveness, and then individualizing and adjusting those to fit the more nuanced needs of individual clients.​

As of December 2024, Dr. Gustman and Ms. Guan offer private pay services including evening appointments, with monthly service invoices (superbills) available upon request. Dr. Gustman is no longer in-network with any insurance panels. The clinic has also entered into single-case agreements for assessments and therapy services with health insurance plans, when their members have been otherwise unable to access comparable in-network services in a timely manner.
